Job Description:
FranklinSquires aggressively seeks a highly intelligent, creative, and self-motivated individual to serve as a full-time Executive Assistant in a warm and friendly work environment. This position provides an above average competitive salary for regular office hours dependent upon:
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Loyalty, honesty and a hard work ethic
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
- Excellent phone and personal relation skills accompanied by a professional demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality and reliable behavior
- Willingness to adapt to new responsibilities
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the administrative procedures and tools required to support a CEO or VP
- Must start within two weeks
Executive Assistant’s duties include the following:
- Prepare and draft documents and correspondences
- Manage schedule and materials for Executive
- Create and maintain filing system to support calendar
- Screen telephone calls and handle sensitive information
- Complete special projects as assigned in an effective and efficient manner
- Maintain voicemail, e-mail distribution lists and handle mail according to
- Executive’s preference
- Act as liaison between Executive and clients
- Assist in executing detailed items of the Executive’s business agenda
