Job Description:
Looking for a full time employee who’s primary responsibilities are to write and send letters of intent to purchase to qualified sellers of real estate properties, negotiate terms, and get qualified sellers under contract in behalf of Hill Erickson LLC. Position requires basic computer skills, ability to communicate well with others, the ability to negotiate, and the ability to represent Hill Erickson, LLC. under the parameters provided.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives and maintains Company Negotiating certification by meeting requirements during initial training. Attends scheduled company training programs and other skills development opportunities as recommended or directed.
- Develops a personal plan for achieving objectives. Maintains and revises plan as needed to achieve or exceed goals. Individual reports regularly to immediate supervisor.
- Contacts qualified sellers as necessary in order to get them under purchase contract. Drafts and mails Letters of Intent to buy, negotiates terms of an agreement, and gets the qualified seller under contract.
- Fills out the appropriate paperwork for deal submittal as trained. Individuals should be able to type 30 WPM and have basic computer skills including: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Internet Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Must have the ability to relate with qualified sellers, negotiate terms of a contract under predefined criteria, and get qualified sellers to agree to terms on a Real Estate contract.
