Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receives and maintains company Seller Qualification Form certification by meeting requirements during initial training.
- Contact potential sellers of real estate properties and conduct interviews to qualifying them and discovering their motivation for selling.
- Attends scheduled company training programs and other skills development opportunities as recommended or directed.
- Develops a personal plan for achieving daily objectives. Maintains and revises plan as needed to achieve or exceed goals. Individual reports regularly to immediate supervisor.
- Contacts as many potential sellers as necessary in order to conduct three seller qualification interviews per hour.
- Input data into the Seller Qualification form as trained.

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Type 30 WPM and possess basic computer skills including: Word Processing,

- Ability to meet required goals
