Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the organization, planning and supervision of all project activities as assigned by senior executives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of general project administration including budgeting, scheduling, scope management, material and resource planning and quality standards
- Plan, organize and coordinate projects from conception through completion
- Lead project portfolio status tracking and review status with senior executives
- Communicate target completion dates and ensure that all internal requirements are being met in a timely manner
- Facilitate project prioritization and sequencing within the project portfolio
- Take any action needed to manage risks
- Actively lead, plan, organize and monitor all activities of a project team
- Take accountability for the delivery of projects
- Provide project management on complex modification projects requiring unconventional or novel approaches
- Establish and manage project issue escalation process
Qualifications:
