Lindsey L. Dayton

Vice President, Equity Mill™ Operations

As vice president of Equity Mill™ operations, Lindsay L. Dayton is responsible for directing the daily activities of the Equity Mill™ process. In this position, Dayton assesses and approves all real estate opportunities proposed for acquisition. Dayton and her team coordinate with FranklinSquires’ portfolio real estate companies to proficiently execute the Equity Mill™ process. She is also a strategic credit investing instructor at the FranklinSquires University, a private educational real estate investing organization.

Since joining FranklinSquires in 2003, Dayton has raised through the ranks based on her process building genius and high commitment to excellent performance. Lending her organizing aptness to the Equity Mill™ process, Dayton has been a pivotal component in facilitating and designing its expansion.

Dayton received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 2003.
